The opening day of baseball season is actually considered a holiday in the city. In fact many kids will skip school on this day in Cincinnati.
There are also several minor league and college sports teams in the city that have excellent local following.
Live music fans have a number of opportunities to see some of their favorite live musicians perform in the numerous venues in the city of Cincinnati. Those interested in experiencing live musical festivals can buy tickets to festivals in the city such as the Macy’s Music Fest, the MidPoint Music Festival and the Cincinnati Fringe Festival.
