Grammy Award winning blues singer Joe Cocker, first gained commercial success in the 1960s and is known mostly for his hard, gritty voice and his unique covers on already recorded songs. The singer has done numerous renditions of famous songs, including many by The Beatles. The singer who was recently ranked on Rolling Stone’s list of 100 Greatest Singers has won several awards throughout his career and had great commercial success with his work.
For more than four decades, Cocker has been a huge influence in the popular music genre. During his long and successful career the singer has released 21 full studio albums as well as four live albums. With million in record sales and international success, Cocker has truly cemented himself as a legend in both rock n’ roll and in blues music. The English born singer has achieved success in his native country as well as in the United States.
