Kid Rock Tickets
Kid Rock started out his singing career covering songs for his parents' guest at parties they would often throw for their friends. By age 11 he was dancing at the local mall outside of Detroit as a member of The Furious Funkers, a local b-boy group he and his friends made up. Because this was at the time of the success of The Beastie Boys and Run D.M.C., he bought a turntable to mimic their style and sound, in turn started tuning his talent. In high school he would Dee Jay at house parties and in return would take payment in the form of food and beer. He joined Bo Wisdom for a couple shows and his stage name was created when audience members said they "had enjoyed watching that white kid rock."
In 1990, after he received a record deal with Jive Records, he released Grits Sandwiches for Breakfast but was soon dropped by his label due to a large radio fine for his single that spoke too much about oral sex. After regrouping and retooling; Kid Rock signed another record deal, this time with the independent Continuum Records where he released his second album. The label eventually was mismanaged and went bankrupt even though Kid Rock was slowly becoming a success. In the late nineties the rap-metal scene was booming so Kid Rock capitalized on the genre and started his own label Top Dog Records and went on to release Devil Without a Cause his best selling album to date. Behind the success of the album he would embark on a world tour that would last almost two years.
Kid Rock tickets would sell out at an astounding rate. Not only did he headline his own shows he would end up playing monster festivals such as Lollapalooza, The Vans warped tour and Woodstock. Behind the incredible success of his non stop touring he quickly became a house hold name and easily one of the biggest acts going. A few years later when the rap-metal scene began to die, he would go on to reinvent himself and turn to traditional rock and roll and even dab into some country ballads. He would again go out on the road and tour almost exclusively. After a small dip in sales after his change in sound, it wouldn't be to long before Kid Rock tickets would be selling out all over the world. He would again reinvent himself and release Rock N Roll Jesus, which would again strip down to his rock and roll roots. His single "All Summer Long" would get monster radio play and really drove his last tour to record numbers. Kid Rock tickets went on sale all over the country and sold out and would prove to be his best selling tour to date.
