Shania Twain Tickets
Country music sensation Shania Twain has spent her successful career breaking records and creating numerous number one hits that have allowed her to dominate both the country and pop music realms. The country crooner has not only managed to cross over from country to pop music, but she has managed to create a longstanding career that has cemented her as one of the highest-selling artists in music today.
The Canadian-born country pop singer, first rose to fame with her album 1995 album The Woman in Me. While this album was wildly successful, it was her follow-up record Come On Over that cemented the singer as one of the most successful female acts of all time. This album went on to become the best-selling record of all time by any female musician in any genre. The record is also the best-selling country album of all time and has sold over 40 million copies world-wide and is currently the ninth best selling album in the United States. Aside from Come On Over, three of Shania’s albums have been reached Diamond level status.
With record-breaking success like this under her belt, it should come as no surprise that the singer has gone on to win five Grammy Awards and 27 Songwriter awards. Although she took a break from her singing career after the release of her 2004 Greatest Hits album, Twain was inducted into the Canada Music Hall of Fame in 2011, the same year where she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 2011, she also released her first new single in six years. The single titled “Today Is Your Day,” marked her return to the music industry and her decision to record her fifth studio album.
In addition to her recordings, the songstress also announced that she will be doing a Las Vegas concert series at Caesar’s Palace, beginning in December of 2012. The concert series will have the singer performing nightly for fans for the first time in years. The singer’s highly anticipated return to the stage is expected to mark her full return to the music businesses as she will finally give fans the live concert experience they have been waiting to see.
