Kanye West Tickets
Kanye West is an American rapper, record producer, and singer, from Chicago, Il. Kanye has won numerous awards which include 10 Grammy's. Kanye's debut album in 2004, entitled "The College Dropout" sold over 3 million copies. Almost immediately Kanye West tickets have been selling out everywhere he has performed. His next album "Late Registration" was released a year later and that two was greeted with monster success. To date, Kanye's first three albums have all received critical acclaim, commercial success, and won tons of awards. The success the albums have had enables Kanye West to tour extensively and play big name festivals all over the country. Fans lucky enough to score Kanye West tickets have seen various unique big stage shows with elaborate lighting and a high degree of pyrotechnics. The "Dropout Bear," a trademark and so called mascot of Kanye West, is a teddy bear that has appeared on three of his four album covers.
Kanye West gained momentum in his fame by collaborating with other artists, beginning with Jay Z. Kanye collaborated on Jay-Z's album "The Blueprint, and he had hit singles with various musical artists including Alicia Keys. Renowned for pitched-up vocals from soul songs that incorporate his own drums and instruments, Kanye West had also begun to broaden his musical attention, abilities, and expressions through classical music, synth-pop, and '70's R&B influence. Kanye West tickets would sell out very quickly and because of such a large palette of talent he would tour almost exclusively the last four years.
Kanye West is known not just for his music, but all the controversy that he seems to bring on himself. For example, he appeared as Jesus crowned with a ring of thorns on the cover of "Rolling Stone" magazine. He also told "Playboy" magazine that he "throw[s] up historical subjects in a way that makes kids want to learn about them," and then arrogantly added how he's "definitely in the history books already." In the same year, after the Grammy nominations were released, West commented how he would "really have a problem" if he didn't win the Album of the Year award because of all the comments and consequential controversy, adding "I don't care what I do, I don't care how much I stunt - you can never take away from the amount of work I put into it. I don't want to hear all of that politically correct stuff." Sadly, Kanye did not win the award. Instead, the Album of the Year Award went to U2, for their album "How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb." This did not deter fans from coming to his shows. Fans with Kanye West tickets still turned out in droves to see him perform live. Kanye West did win several Grammy awards, including Best Rap Album, but, again, not the Album of the Year Award. Ironically, Kanye West opened for U2 during the fifth leg of their Vertigo Tour in Australia. Even though he is so controversial Kanye West tickets remain some of the hardest to procure. When Kanye West tickets are announced they are usually bought up so quickly they have to add shows to accommodate his loyal fan base.
