Lady Antebellum Tickets
Dave Haywood, Charles Kelly and Hillary Scott are the contemporary country pop music group, Lady Antebellum. The group formed in 2006 in Nashville. Together they make music rich in harmony with their impeccable instrumental skills. Charles and Hillary are the lead and background vocalists, while Dave is a background vocalist and plays the guitar, piano and mandolin.
In 2007, they released their single “Love Don’t Live Here,” which reached number three on the Hot Country Songs chart in May 2008. Early 2008, their self-titled album was released, and their single “I Run to You” became a top 40 hit.
In 2008, Lady Antebellum earned the Top New Duo or Group award from the Academy of Country Music, and also received an award for New Artist of the year by the Country Music Association.
Their second album released in 2009 called Need You Now. It became number one on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart in November 2009. September 2011, they released their third album, Own The Night.
In 2009, it was a great year of awards for Lady Antebellum. They were nominated for two Grammys; Best New Artist and Best Country Performance by Duo or Group with Vocals for “Love Don’t Live Here.” They won a Grammy Award for Best Country Performance by Duo or Group with Vocals for “I run to You.” They also won Single of the Year for “I Run to You” and won Vocal Group of the Year from the Country Music Association Awards. They also won two awards from the Academy of Country Music, won an award from CMT Music Awards and won two Teen Choice Awards.
In 2010, they were awarded Top Vocal Group, Song of the Year for “Need You Now,” and were awarded Single of the Year for “Need You Now” at the ACM Awards. They also won five awards from the Grammys for Song of the Year and Record of the Year for their song “Need You Now.” Plus, they were nominated and won several other awards.
In 2011, there were nominated and won several awards too. They won Teen Choice Awards for Choice Country Group, Vocal Group of the Year and Favorite Country Band, Duo or Group from the American Music Awards and won Duo/Group Artist of the Year from American Country Awards.
