The Script Tickets
During their already successful career the Irish rock band The Script has managed to make a huge impact on today’s modern rock scene with their unique sound. After their debut album featured huge hits such as “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved” and “Breakeven” it was clear to fans around the world that this group had a sound and a style unlike any other. Since their first full length album came out in 2008, the group has had their music featured in numerous television programs such as 90210, the Ghost Whisperer, The Vampire Diaries and The Hills. Their hit single “The Man Who Can Not Be Moved” was also chosen as the official theme song for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2009. After this television success and once front man Danny O’Donoghue appeared as a coach on The Voice UK, the group became cemented as one of the most successful rock bands in popular music.
The group has also received numerous recognitions for their work as a band. They have been awarded the World Music Award for the Best Selling Irish Act of 2008. In 2009 and 2010 the band was also given the awards for Best Live Performances, Best Album and Best Irish Band at the Meteor Ireland Music Awards. While many of their hit singles and records have garnered the band a great deal of commercial success, very little has compared to the success of the group’s live performances. These performances have kept fans both young and old entertained with the band’s high-octane live shows.
The group has performed at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert and sold out many live performances during their wildly successful tours. Those who are interested in seeing these talented live performances in person can do so in 2012 when the group heads out on a global tour. During this time they will be performing some of the biggest hits from their first two albums as well as new songs from their latest studio album titled #3. This world tour, called the 3 World Tour will give fans a chance to see the group’s signature high energy performances up close in a live performance spectacular that they wont’ soon forget.
