Colbie Caillat Tickets
After just a few short years in the business, pop singer and California native Colbie Caillat has enjoyed a career filled with success and numerous accolades. The songstress released her debut album, Coco in 2007, a record that not only put the singer’s name on the map but one that contained the mega hit “Bubbly.” The hit single peaked at #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and at the #2 spot on the Billboard Pop 100. This album also spawned the hits “Realize,” and “The Little Things.” The singer’s debut year continued as a high note when she headed out on the road to join The Goo Goo Dolls and Lifehouse on their 2007 tour.
Caillat’s first year in the music business was inarguably a successful one and she followed that success with several more successes. The singer joined artist John Mayer on the road for his 2008 summer tour, collaborated with singer Jason Mraz on the song “Lucky” and recorded a single for the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics. The following summer, Caillat released her second album, titled Breakthrough which featured hits like “Fallin’ For You” and “I Never Told You.” The album was extremely successful and earned Caillat the title of BMI’s songwriter of the year and Breakthrough was also nominated for a Grammy Award for Album of the Year.
Caillat followed this album up with All of You which featured songs like “Brighter Than the Sun” and “I Do.” Songs from the album were featured on the singer’s summer long All of You Tour that lasted through the summer of 2011. After selling more than 6 million records sold world-wide and numerous awards and accolades in her name, Caillat showed the world in just a few short years just how big of a talent she really is. With her laid back acoustic love songs, and a voice unlike any other, Caillat has managed to stick out from other pop acts with her unique approach to popular music.
While the singer has performed at venues such as the Major League Baseball All-Star Game and the Nobel Peace Prize Concert; her most anticipated performances are set to be in her 2012 summer-long tour, which the songstress will be headlining with Gavin DeGraw. The tour will take the duo to many of the country’s largest amphitheaters and to cities around the nation.
