TicketFast is...

TicketFast tickets are the same as e-tickets for an airline. At the venue, the ticket's barcode is scanned to obtain entry. These are 100% transferable so the name printed in the upper right corner of the ticket is irrelevant when attending an event. These tickets can be e-mailed or faxed to you in order to facilitate last minute requests.

Just Great Tickets Policy (Availability)

In the very rare case that the tickets you requested are unavailable, Just Great Tickets can offer you similar tickets (sometimes in the same section and row) requested at the same price. Just Great Tickets will contact you for your approval. Once you approve a proposed option, we will continue to process your order.

Just Great Tickets Policy (Odd Numbers)

Just Great Tickets generally stocks an even number of tickets. While we appreciate that odd number of people attend events, it is difficult to 'split' pairs of tickets because single tickets are much more difficult to sell. For events where seats are not assigned (General Admission events) odd numbers (1, 3, 5, etc.) are not a problem. Just Great Tickets Policy (Canceling)

Just Great Tickets allows cancellations only if the seats you requested are unavailable and the alternate seat option is not acceptable. Otherwise, all requests/orders are final, and no cancellations or exchanges will be accepted.

Just Great Tickets Policy (Processing Time)

Just Great Tickets ships most online or phone orders within 24-48 hours. When events are more than few months away, or the season hasn't started tickets will be shipped out well before the event is scheduled.
