7. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, JustGreatTickets.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. JustGreatTickets.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, JustGreatTickets.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

8. Affiliations and Endorsements

Justgreattickets.com is a privately owned company in the business of buying and selling premium and sold out seating. We are NOT affiliated with the any box office or Ticketmaster. We have NO affiliation with any professional athletic organizations, team, or venue. Our prices reflect the cost of obtaining quality seating to sold out shows and therefore are generally sold above face value.

Official professional baseball teams appearing on this site, such as Boston Red Sox®, New York Yankees®, and Chicago Cubs® are trademarks belonging to Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. Justgreattickets.com disclaims ownership of any trademarks, logos or images belonging to Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. appearing on this site. The appearance of trademarks and/or team logos belonging to Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. on this website does not constitute endorsement by Major League Baseball of any of the services or pricing provided by JustGreatTickets.com.

9. Pricing and Availability Policy

Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market prices and availability are subject to change at anytime. If your first choice of seats is not available, JustGreatTickets.com reserves the right to offer the choice to downgrade or upgrade the order to the next available category of seats with an appropriate price abatement or increase respectively. In this event, JustGreatTickets.com will contact you either via phone or e-mail for your consent prior to order completion.

10. Amusement Sales Taxes

Events taking place within the Chicago city limits may require the addition of sales tax to the total order amount. Orders meeting the requirements set forth by Chicago city law will be charged a variable amusement tax up to 7% applied to the difference of the retail value and the face value.

11. Purchase Policy

When placing your order please select a delivery method that allows enough time for you to receive you order before the event occurs. JustGreatTickets.com is not responsible for deliveries that take longer than the estimated times. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours prior to the event you have an obligation to notify JustGreatTickets.com. All sales are final. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, change of venue, date, time, or rainout. No customer initiated refunds, cancellations, or exchanges allowed with the exception of a canceled event. If a concert, sporting, or theater event is cancelled, only the face value will be refunded less a 10 dollar service charge per ticket. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the cancelled event. By entering payment information and submitting your order you understand that this will serve as an authorized signature.

12. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, it only reflects our acknowledgment of your request for tickets. JustGreatTickets.com, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

13. International Orders

All prices, as displayed, represent United States currency. Shipping rates vary as listed on site. International orders may take longer to process and ship. An e-mail address is required for all international orders.

14. Site Policies, Modifications, and Severability

Please read all other site policies, such as our Privacy Policy, as posted on this site. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. You agree that without regard to any statue or contrary law that any claim or cause arising out of this website or its services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause arose or the claim shall be forever barred. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be severable and not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
