Spider Man: Turn Off the Dark Tickets
The classic comic book hero Spider Man is showcased in a completely new way in the innovative and acclaimed rock musical; Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark. With this live Broadway performance, audiences not only get to enjoy a unique telling of classic Spiderman but also a selection of unique rock music, created by U2’s Bono and The Edge. The story of Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark also incorporates the unique and often unheard Spiderman tale from the original book by Julie Taymor, Glen Berger and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasea. Fans can also see stories pulled from the original Marvel Comics and the 2002 Spiderman film and from the Greek myth Arachne.
During this live Broadway performance, audiences can see the origin of the Spiderman character and follow Peter Parker through his adventures, romance with Mary Jane and his epic battle with his nemesis The Green Goblin. As the most expensive Broadway production in history, audiences will not only get to see a unique story unfold but will also get to see high action and awe-inspiring technical stunts. The performance is peppered with actors swinging from webs around the theatre and competing in numerous aerial combat scenes.
