Commonly known simply as “Mile High” the Sports Authority Field at Mile High is a multi-purpose stadium located in Denver, Colorado. In 2001, this stadium was constructed to replace the Mile High Stadium and although it was identically sized, the stadium has been praised for bringing in more commercial action. Although it is used for a number of different purposes, the stadium is known mostly for being the home of the Denver Broncos of the National Football League. For many years the new stadium was known as Invesco Field at Mile High until Sports Authority bought the naming rights to the stadium in 2011.
