AT&T Park Tickets
The Major League Baseball Park, AT&T Park is known primarily for its South Beach location in San Francisco, California and for being the home of the San Francisco Giants. Since 2000 the park has been the home to the Giants and starting in 2011 it also served as the home of the California Golden Bears football team as well. The stadium has also hosted the San Francisco Demons and the California Redwoods. In addition to being a multi-use stadium for the Giants and other professional sports teams, the park has also hosted numerous World Series games and is slated to host the 2013 World Baseball Classic semi finals and finals.
In addition to being located right on the water and to providing fans with a view of the San Francisco Bay, there are a number of notable features that make AT&T Park truly stand out. Once is the 24 foot high wall in the right field which was constructed in honor of the former Giants player Willie Mays. Beyond the wall is an area called “The Cove” which features numerous rows of arcade seating. Along this wall you can find four pillars that have fountains on top of them. Whenever the Giants hit a home run, win a game and finish singing the National Anthem, the fountains will go off. Underneath these fountains is also the famous “Splash Hit” counter along the right wall. There is also the Coca-Cola Fan Lot along the left field bleachers which features a long Coca-Cola bottle and a large old fashion glove.
It is unique additions that have made AT&T Park once of the most notable parks in the MLB today and why many consider to have more character than most professional sports parks today. In addition to these features you can also see the San Francisco Giants Wall of Fame inside the arena as well as five statues outside the stadium that are dedicated to some of the greatest players in Giants history. At every home game nearly 42,000 fans can come to the stadium to see these features and more as they watch the Giants from the famed AT&T Park baseball stadium.
