TD Garden Tickets
The TD Garden is a multi-purpose arena in Boston, Massachusetts, designed to host a number of events for local Boston residents. It is known by many around the area as “The Garden,” “The Fleet Center” or the “Boston Garden.” No matter what name fans call it, there is no denying that TD Garden is the center for all types of entertainment performances in the greater Boston area. While a number of concerts and special events have been held at TD Garden over the years, for many living in the area, the arena is known for being the home of two of the biggest Boston area professional sporting teams.
Currently TD Garden is home of the Boston Celtics; the professional NBA basketball team as well as the Boston Bruins of the NHL. In addition to being the home center for both of these sporting teams TD Garden also hosts the annual Hockey East Championships; an annual college hockey tournament and has hosted the Frozen Four college hockey tournament several times as well. Additionally, the TD Garden has played host to events such as the 2006 Women’s Final Four, different rounds of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, the NBA Finals and the Stanley Cup Finals as well.
No matter what type of event is being held at TD Garden there is no denying that this venue was designed with fans in mind. Known for its convenient location and fan-centered amenities TD Garden is one of the most praised professional sports venues in the nation today. Before the 2006-2007 season kicked off the TD Garden also went under major remodeling to feature new entertainment boards and HD screens around the venue. For most concerts held at the TD Garden, the arena is able to host around 20,000 fans. Hockey games can traditionally host around 17,500 and NBA basketball games can hold around 18,000 fans. In addition to this type of seating, inside the venue you can find “The Sports Museum of New England.” This museum features numerous memorabilia from both the Boston Bruins and the Boston Celtics as a way to commemorate and honor some of the biggest moments in both of these franchises’ histories.
